First of all, I used to love Sears.com. They were fast and efficient, and customer oriented. Now, theyre only great at taking your money. Lord help you if the product is not in stock.
Sears.com is now only a front for other merchants. Think consignment warehouse. So if something is back-ordered or out of stock, your credit card is charged and you wait, and wait, and wait, for a product that will never arrive. And since its a consignment service, Sears customer service will only tell you that the product should be arrive eventually and NO, they CANNOT and NO, THEY WILL NOT cancel the order or give a refund. You can only wait for the item to arrive (sometimes it never does) and then return it to Sears for a credit. (hopefully, they wont lose it) Thanks to greedy corporate management toads for wrecking a once great system. I would rather have my hair yanked out than do business with Sears.com again. Grade F-
