I want to share one of the most horrible experience I faced with seabird.
It was the month of August, and the season of Ganesha festival was approaching. I could not get tickets to travel to Honnavar in KSRTC. So I looked for tickets with private operators. Most of them were already full, and I found to my surprise that seabird operator still had tickets(when I inquired at their majestic office).
I was charged a hefty amount but sill happy to get a ticket at this hour. After paying the money, I was not given a ticket by the agent. He just gave a slip of paper with a ticket number.
I went to their Anand rao road office to board the bus to Honnavar, almost an hour before the bus departure, not to miss it. Even after waiting, the bus to honnavar didn't arrive. After checking, they said the bus has already left, and they will send me in another bus. They made me board another bus which was going to Karwar. After going to outskirts of bangalore, they asked me to get off the bus, and asked to board another bus, which belonged to canara pinto going to honnavar. I could not protest since I had to go to honnavar at any cost. After getting on the other bus, they asked me for money. I had no option but to shell out additional money. Moreover, that bus was full, and I had to travel in the cockpit seat behind driver.
My request to everyone never ever travel by seabird travels. They are the worst tourists. Travel by any other travels even if u have to pay more money.
