We have booked in Seabird travels for sleeper seats. The worst travels I can say. We have to board this particular bus bound to Bangalore from Goa in Mapusa bus stand. We were there 45 mins before. We got an sms, so and so is the bus number and track the details if u need. At 4.30pm a bus comes with the same number and we were eager to board that bus but the bus had Mysore has destination.


When asked to the bus attender and driver they say no sir this isn't your bus.your bus will come later. But we showed the sms of their bus number then so much hesitation and no clue he told to board and dropped us in Panaji bus stand. When we got down their a person named Govardhan(manager of Seabird in Panaji I guess) told your bus to Bangalore is at 6 clock. It is a huge bus stand in Panaji.


He told if you want, you wait here otherwise go and sit in the office.he pointed some buliding from far and said Kamat towers(inside seabird office). We were tired already and with no hesitation dragged our luggage and went to the end of the station. To our surprise we found the towers but no way to reach the towers. Came back to the other side of stand to that so called manager Govardhan and just blasted him saying you should show us the way properly to reach your office and why aren't we being not informed through sms that pick up bus is coming and our bus to bangalore is late.


He had no answer, just looked the other way. Sent someone to show us the way.it isn't a way guys.some adventure.where we took our luggage and jumped on the other side of the wall. Finally when we reach the Panaji office.the customer relation officer says we had many buses but your bus had broken down. Please sit I will let you know when is your bus. I got very annoyed and blasted him. Then he gives his Bangalore manager number and says you please ask him. When asked to the Bangalore manager he says to give the phone to the CRO at Panaji. Finally after all this drama our bus arrives at 6.10pm and waited till 6.45pm and took off at 6.46pm. One of my co passenger had some problem with her sleeper coach arrangement.when she asked that they told we can't return your money.you have booked through REDBUS go and ask them.we aren't responsible. Is this how a travel company works. They weren't ready to take responsibility for anything at all. They were very very rude to the passengers. They talk to us as if we were travelling free of cost in their bus. No respect either to the passenger or for the money taken from them. I paid 4300 for 2 sleeper seats non/ac. It is supposed to be 12/13 hrs journey.b'cos of the delay caused by them it is 17 hrs journey and we missed to attend our office and our children missed their schools to attend. Useless travels. There is no positive things to tell about this pathetic travels.
