As soon as we entered so many small insects and bugs welcomed us. No water facilities. We were supposed to be reaching goa by 8 am in the morning but we are still in the bus at 12.15 pm and driver is telling that it will take another 1 hour. Night time the so called AC sleeper bus will be like passenger train which will stop here and there and even they will pick passengers on the way. No pillows. No free WiFi as we were told.
This is the worst experience in my life.
