I feel this review is:
I traveled 2 times both time bus broke down and the reserve bus provided didn't have a/c. First time the reserve bus met an accident and didn't have first aid kit(just a soiled cotton ball and an expired bottle of detol). Second time I had to be dropped in one part of city at 9.30pm as per schedule and was dropped at another part of city at 1.30 am.
