I have had a very HORRIBLE experience with this travels and would not recommend it to anyone. It's not at all worth your money or time.
I traveled with this travel from Banglore to Kolhapur few day back. Initially the told I will have pick-up from a place nearby home. They never informed that the pick up was cancelled and I was supposed to go to travels point directly which was 25 kms away from place. I kept waiting and calling this guys at pick spot near my place and still didn't get update that pick was cancelled. They could not even speak proper hindi/english and it was a mess of communication. Finally they called someone on phone who could understand english and informed me that pick up is cancelled. It was already late and I had to catch auto and pay a huge amount to reach to a actual travels pick up point.
Once I reached there and tried to talk to manager, he kept lying that they had informed me. On top of this they made me travel in cabin of another bus thinking the bus I was supposed to travel by had gone ahead and halted at hotel for dinner break. Later halfway they found that bus was not even started from its starting point. I had to wait at hotel till 1 in the night alone and wait for bus to come.
It was frustrating experience and words here cant even describe the torture I went thru. It was waste of money, time and energy.
