It was on 31st october 2015 had to travel from Mumbai to Hubli, 1st of all in the evening Seabird had to send a message in my registered number about the Bus number and other details.they did not do that.


My bus timing was at 9.30pm from Chembur(pick up point), since they did not send me a message so I called them to confirm.the person on Phone said bus timing has been changed and it will reach 7.30pm at Chembur.so I left my place accordingly to reach on time.


I reached the spot at sharp 7.30pm but I couldn't see the bus coming from amywhere! So at 7.45pm I decided to call them and ask.Suddenly all the number became unavailable or unreachable! THAT WAS THE BIGGEST SHOCK TO ME. I called on all the numbers I knew none of them were picking up!


Finally after trying for 20mins somebody pickedup and told me the bus is late it will not reach before 10-10.30 because of some problem in engine etc.giving me all lame excuses!


It was so f*g irritating for me. I abused the person who was on the phone for giving me all wrong information.I became very angry! But what else could I do? I was scared to take another bus.since I was a single Girl travelling!


So I kept on waiting at the same spot.called Seabird a no. of times, and they kept on delaying the arrival timing of the bus.


Finally at 11.30pm the Bus arrived at the spot. After getting into the bus I asked the helper what was wrong.he said the same thing ki Bus kharab ho gaya tha and blah blah! Didn't even apologize a girl for making her wait for 4hours.instead they were "grinning". Just imagine guys what kind.of harassment it was for me!


I wasted 4 FG HOURS of my life waiting for a SD BUS LIKE SEABIRD!


And this is just one incident.another similar incident happened to me, Seabird never bothers to send you a confirmation message about the driver's phone no. or bus number.


I made a blunder travelling in sea bird and I request all of you NEVER EVER TAKE SEABIRD.its the WORST OF THE WORST. The company should be sued for harassing their passengers!


F*k SEABIRD I hate you.
