I bought a bus ticket over PayTM for Bangalore-Pune vide the following details:
Journey date:12-09-2016
PayTM ticket ID:OKM0C4
Seat:4U
PNR:TS-RB33593529WJS/3420546/BLR-PUNE-MUM GOLD CLASS
Total Fare:Rs.954/-
In the morning of the same date, I received a call from Ms Manjula stating that the bus would be delayed by at least 2 hours.And she also gave me 2 alternative offers:
1.accomodation in another bus in the afternoon or
2.full refund of the ticket fare
and I chose for the second offer only to keep waiting for the money till now even after 9 days.
