Experience of journey from Banglore to Kolhapur on 6th of May 2016.
It rained that evening so pick up van started late by 20 min, agreed.
Pick up took 2 hrs and dropped us at Yashwantpur instead of Anand Rao Circle.
Pathetic experience due to traffic.
They intimated that 8:30 PM bus will be delayed by 1 hour, finally they cancelled clubbed passengers of 8:30 and 10:30 bus in one and bus arrived at 11 PM.
Bus reached near Dharwad around 5 AM and all the passengers were told to board another bus and this bus was sent back to Banglore with passengers from another bus.
When asked about why this bus can't go to Pune and can go back to Banglore . No Answer. Driver gave couple of customer service numbers . no use
Few passengers told it happens generally with Seabird buses . So never choose this bus operator . choose which is slight expensive but hassle free.
