We booked bus service from Mysore to Bangalore and pick up point was gun house circle at 21st AUG 8:00 PM. We were at Mysore palace and they called from number(9900081578) at 6:30 PM and asked to reach by 7:30 PM to their seabird office near kalyaan jewellers shop for boarding.
They said that it is walking distance from palace main gate. But in reality it took around 30 min to reach there. When I reached there, but was was running late and they said it is on the way and coming from palace side. They unnecessary called me there as they can pick me up from palace area.
Later when I called to seabird lady( 9900081578) she was not responding to my call and she was just avoiding this.
later bus came and started at 8:45 PM. Also they did not provide water bottle and charging 30 Rs for a liter. Also they are not courteous to customer and talking rudely.
So overall not good experience.
