Never ever will travel in sea bird. Not only me, but am sure this decision have been taken by all who have booked Multi Volvo axle sleeper to Goa from Bangalore on 8th April 2016.
I had the ticket for Bangalore to Goa in Volvo sleeper.Bus timing was 10 PM. At 9 o`clock got message from sea bird that the bus will be delayed by 1 hr due to traffic in city. There was no traffic as it was a holiday, also late evening 10 PM schedule. On arriving at their counter in anand rao circle, they informed the passengers that the bus will leave after 11.30 PM. Everybody was waiting, its already 12 in mid night, no sign of bus any where. On asking to the sea bird people everybody was telling different reasons and told it will arrive in 5 minutes.But no body was telling the real cause of delay.
They told bus went for service and its on the way back to Bangalore. Around 12.45 in night they informed there was some AC Problem, its repaired and will reach in 5 mins.Finally at 1 O`clock in night it came. But its not the Volvo bus, its the normal AC Sleeper. This bus was having AC problem. As they told it got repaired, but after boarding we came to know the AC was not working at all. It was very suffocating inside.
Again they told one Volvo bus is coming from Goa side to take us. We have to start the journey in this and they are going shift to AC bus on the way. After travelling 3 hrs, the AC bus was waiting for us some place. But that bus was even having passengers travelling from Goa to Bangalore in same night. They asked us to change the bus. The AC bus passengers were asked to board our bus, in which AC was not working. Due to sea bird mistake two bus passengers was suffering. so in case of of sea bird even though you booked and boarded a bus, its not sure you will be travelling in the same bus whole trip.
After going through this hell lot of problems we reached at 2 PM in Goa, that is 4 hrs late.
Yes we made a blunder travelling in sea bird and as mentioned in almost all reviews request all of you NEVER EVER TAKE SEABIRD.its the WORST OF THE WORST. The company should be sued for harassing their passengers!
