My family traveled on 22nd Sep 2017 from Bangalore to Kumta in Sea Bird Bus "2046"
early morning bus met with an Accident around 50km away from Kumta, bus got toppled and my Family members got minor injuries, my moms hand stuck in window, than driver came and helped. all this happens & we waited for more than 30 min their was no first aid kit or any medical assistance in bus.
nobody was informed about alternative arrangements. than its our family of 4 members+2+1 family of 2 members took KSRTC bus from accident spot to Kumta eventually we have to pay again to ksrtc. luckily we safely reached home. thank god for that.
we have not get any concern from seabird team, When I sent a complaint asking for reimburse so that I can bring notice to seabird team on 27th Sep 2017. we received call on 10th of Oct 2017, and customer guy is saying "Journey is completed" "we have arranged bus but you have left by that time" "we can't reimburse your ticket price " seriously this is the response you get from them. I have mailed them back saying"we are not waiting for your money its a matter of concern you have to show to your passengers/customers"
seriously guys its very bad service & I request you guys to double think before opt this service where you can't get any kind of support.
