I had purchased my sauna belt about 2 months ago and I am quite happy with it.you know I love bodybuilding but in the starting days of my zym I just didnt care about safety and lifted so much heavy than other folks.
And my training routine was max ot and I will not say that I didt get any benefit from this heavy training schedule where this schedule packs me on muscles but it comes with a steap price severe back pain.
Firstly I blamed this max ot regimen but then I realized that its not because of max its because of my not caring about safety and then I purchased sauna belts its like a boon for me and for my heavy lifting because I am still following max ot and this belt helps me pump the iron without caring of my back.so if you have back pain and you are heavy lifter then go for it.
