I booked the ticket and carried the SMS to the theatre to claim my ticket. The attendant asked me my name, and then said that there was no ticket in such a name. I then asked him to give me the ticket as indicated in the SMS. "Only if you tell me the name it is issued to", he says. Turns out that this was booked on my first name, as per the credit card. FInally I had to play hardball before he parted with the tickets.How do I get my popcorn, I asked. IT will come to you on your seat, he says. It never did. This is my first and last experience at Satyam.
Frankly, I am going there after several years and will most likely not go their for an other few years. DO NOT BOOK FOOD ONLINE. These guys have no sense of who is the customer. Naru Narayanan
