Unable to deliver book even after 4 weeks of online ordering. Worst customer service. No response if you write to them, except an auto generated mail.
If you call up the customer care number, IVRS asks you to key in order number and thereafter goes silent. Its waste of time, money and patience to use https://sapnaonline.com to order.
I will never ever use them for online purchase. They should learn how to do online business simply ordering few books on other e-tailers.
