I placed an order on August 4, 2015 and paid for the same online believing SapnaBookHouse will deliver the book without fail. It's been 14 days since then.
There has been no communication about the order at all. When I try to reach out on their customer service - they hardly speak. Most of the times they do not pick the call.
Very poor customer service.I would never buy again from Sapna Book House. I do not even want the book I ordered now. I want a refund. Extremely disappointed! Can I give a 0 star?
