I made an order for a book(Multi Core Programming: Increasing Performance Through Software Multi Threading) through online order(ID SAP140926132353).
The price shown in the web-site was 399/-. After 5 days, I got a call from them saying that the new edition of the book will cist 570/- and I need to pay extra. I was able to find the same book for 299/- in Flipkart. I have asked Sapna guys to cancel the order and refund me the money.
They said, refund will take 5-6 working days. I am currently waiting for the refund. Amazon and Flipkart are more professional. Never trust these mediocre guys and waste your time.
