I entered sans pareil as a fresher. I really enjoyed and got more knowledge in my training period. It was awesome experience in this company.
Facilities are really good.The employee satisfaction was so much with good benefits.
It provided good work environment.Employees can have full job satisfaction.It helped me to step forward in my career path.The only negative which I have found is appraisal procedure.Because expectations are set too high.
