I have bought my Santro Xing from Sanjay Hyundai 3 years back. The good started from the day I walked into their showroom. The sales guys were very helpful in selecting the model. The color I wanted

was not available with them but they promised that it would be available in 15 days. I got a call after 10 days that my car has left the factory and will be available two days later. Two days later I got the delivery of my car. I found that the price of some accessories is more than open market so I decided to get it fitted outside. It turned out to be a very bad idea.

Two days later I got some accessories fitted in my car and since then the car started knocking heavily at low revs. I called up Sanjay Hyundai’s service centre and they asked me if I can bring the car to their showroom or service centre else they can send a recovery car. I left the car to their service centre in the morning. By afternoon I got a call from them telling me that the guy who fitted front speakers in my car accidentally get a wire disconnected which connects engine sensors to the microprocessor. They fixed the problem and returned the car in the evening without charging any money for their effort.

Since I was impressed by their service I always gave my car for service to them and was each and every time impressed by their work. Three days after every service I would get a call to find out if the service has been done to my satisfaction. I have lived in UK for many years and can say that you don’t get this level of service easily.

Last year my car got into an accident involving a head on collision with a truck. Since my insurance is with HDFC Chubb, who have tie-up with Sanjay Hyundai, I was offered a cashless claim. All the insurance hassles were handled by them and I got my car repaired after a month, which was a reasonable time for the extent of damage. The repairs were done beyond my expectation and the car looked brand new.

I can understand the some people may have had unpleasant experience with them, but the staff is courteous and their management is committed to customer service. I would strongly recommend Sanjay Hyundai as the best dealer in town.
