I was looking to buy a Maruti car as I have used a Zen for a long Time. However I decided to also take a look at the Santro. I am glad I did. 
The first dealer I went to was Kothari Hyundai. However I had a very bad experience there. The staff was rude and I had  to wait for over half an hour befor anyone attended to me. Their demo car was dirty and I didnt even feel like looking at the car leave alone drive it. The person who attended was also very rude and was chewing pan masala.
I left from there with my mind made up on booking the Swift. On my way to the maruti Dealer I passed the Sanjay Hyundai Showroom and thought Id take a look.
The moment I walked into the door it was a great experience. The executives were prompt and very professional. They showed me the car explained all the features and benifits over the Swift. Offered me a test drive in a spotless demo car. Their finance people vere very helpful and made me feel really at home. I never at any point of time felt that they were forcing me or selling me something I didnt want.
Even the delivery was smooth. My car was ready with all the accessories fitted. The person exlained each and every detail and did not rush me.
Befor leaving I tried to tip the executive who very politely refused.
I asked the executive if I could leave a complimentary note for the director as I was sure that like all other dealerships he would not directly meet me. To my surprise I was asked if I wanted to meet him instead. I met the director was really friendly and who took the time to educate me on the practical aspects of owning the Santro. He even came with me to the car and showed me how to change the tire himself as the procedure is a little different from my Zen. In most other dealership the Director is secluded from the customers and does not interact with them directly. I was really shocked to find someone so easily accessable and customer oriented.
My experience in After sales service has been even better. Their service is excellent and I know I can trust them with me precious car. In my last service I accidentlky left some money in the car. When I went to collect the car I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor handed the money back to me and asked me to be more careful in the future. I have made the same mistake with Maruti too but never got the money back.
All in all a FANTASTIC DEALER!!! HATS OFF TO SANJAY HYUNDAI!!!
