I bought an SD card from Sangeetha mobiles store in RT Nagar and despite repeated requests, the store person did not give me a bill. He promised "best service" if something went wrong.
The card stopped working in one month. He took it for "repair" and told me that he will call up.
After a week, he did not call up.I went to his shop. He told me to call him up. When I called him he said he was "busy". Now he has my card, no bill.Luckily I paid for it through my credit card and the transaction reference SMS is with me.What can I do in this case?
