Gave my moto g2 for 2 hours of service as the 3.5mm earphone jack was bent and it got stuck. Charged me Rs. 350 for it saying it requires proper work to be done.
Nightmare followed after that! Volume button wasn't working after I got it back. Went back to them for repair. Sat patiently for an hour at the service center. The person at the center tried twice( the way he worked, I could make out that he's not qualified!) didnt even put back the screws properly, which caused the back panel to bend.
Went back for the third time. told me they would return it in 3 hours. tried calling nidish's number, no reply! and says the want to keep it for one more day!
Dunno when i'll get it back! Extremely disappointed! never had such a bad experience! went there for a simple problem. made the condition much much worse!
