About me: Went to Sancheti hospital for a second opinion on my back pain.I already had my MRI done at another hospital.
Quite interestingly, Sancheti doctors recommended me another MRI and X-ray, which I did .on further discussion with some of my doctor friends, it was thought that MRI probably wasn't required, I think it was a way of making money.
Regarding X-ray, while it costed less, they never looked at it.my question is why did they even ask me to do x-ray?
Post MRI review, they asked me to get admitted for a week for taking rest and some physiotherapy.after consulting another doctor( not telling him the recommendation of Sancheti), I didn't think my problem is grave enought to be admitted. I have recovered with some rest, but looking back, I feel that even that recommendations from Sancheti seemed like a way of making money.
Getting MRI done was a nightware, there was a huge queue( probably the doctors ask everyone to get MRI), the management of the whole process is bad. Would I go to Sacheti again.probably not .
