DISPLAY; Samsung has always been famous for its superb displays. Samsung X700 is no different . It displays 262K colors on a 1.9 ich TFT screen with resolution of 176x220.
EASE OF USE; the fuctions of this phone is pretty simple to understand unlike K750i.navigating through the menu is good but the keypad is not good though.
VOICE RECEPTION; voice reception is really good. Previously I was using Sony Ericsson K750i.voice reception is much better than k750i.A new technology called VOICE CLARITY is applied which gives clear reception.
CAMERA; Camera too belongs to the top league. It possesses a 1.3mp camera with maximum resolution of 1240x1024.The camera captures great pictures when the area is well lighted. Various effects can be applied. One of the main advantages about the cam is that one can adjust exposure compensation and can use SPOT FOCUS option so that the lens focuses to the particular spot. ISO SETTINGS (auto, 100,200,300,400) also can be manually adjusted (This feature is found in moat modern digital cameras).
MEMORY; The internal memory of this phone is about 35 Mb in which 4mb is reserved for java apllications like games etc.Memory can also be expanded using transflah micro SD card.The maximum memory support is 1GB.Memory card can be detected using the cable provided with the phone.
MUSIC AND FM RADIO; One of the main features about samsung X700 is the mp3 player.Samsung X700 is equipped with dual stereo speakers which delivers great music.FM radio is also present.to play FM radio one must plug in the handsfree provided with the phone since the handsfree acts as an antenna for FM radio.Radio can also be heared through the speakers.But there are also some drawbacks about the mp3 player like it cannot be minimised and also it lacks equilizers.The sound quality through headphones is really good.
BATTERY LIFE; For normal use battery lasts for about three days.
