I have purchased Samsung Metro TV SCH-M519 mobile phone around 1 month back in Bangalore for Rs 6000.
The build quality of the mobile phone is top-notch.The body is of the mobile phone is built in such a way that wear and tear won't appear that easily, even if it develops, it won't be obvious.It has even till now withstood few drops and doesn't got yet damaged.
The keypad is so and so, not great. The mobile phone has a 2" bright display that supports 320x240 resolution.The small screen is the only obvious negative of this mobile phone.
The User Interface of the mobile phone also is sophisticated.It clubs all calls and messages specific to a contact in one entry.Shows music player in the idle-screen when an album is played.Last call charge information would be shown as a pop-up, instead of an sms. Has slideshow feature in photo gallery. Has stellar j2me application support.Most of the applications I tried are working great.
The call quality would be awesome if it has sufficient battery charge.If the battery is very low, the Call quality would be affected.
The external speaker also delivers ample amount of sound when playing music or while playing Ring tones.
The camera of the mobile phone is not bad. has loads of settings to customize.The battery life is decent, not great though.
The mobile phone is really a great value for this price as even GSM mobile phones cannot be purchased with similar features such as 3G, QVGA Display etc from established brands.
