I installed a samsung Ac on the 9th. Checked it at night and it made a horrible noise and had to shut it off. We called the person who installed the AC immediately and he told us we would be attended
to immediately. After calling him 4 times the next day, he asked us to contact the customer complaint number (although he was responsible for installation so far as the customer is oncerned). We called the number 30308282 and went to a Delhi call centre who took our complaint on 10th morning. (complaint number 8405171636). We mentioned it was an urgent case, since we had not even been able to use the AC for even a minute after installation despite buying the unit since we needed it immediately. Over the 10th and until 11th night 8:00 we called the centre over 12 times and spoke to, among others, - Krishna, Arun, Prashant, N Shankar, Neha, Himanshu, khilesh and Raju . Everytime we were given the assurance that we would be contacted by a service engineer within 2 hrs but the hr never came and till today night we have had no resolution. More ridiculously all of them mentioned the complaint had been tagged as urgent !!. (and it was unattended for 2 days and the supervisor Mohit as I was told had no time to sort out the issue!!) Samsung service (right from installation) seems to be undependable. I have had a terrible experience, the service stinks.Of what use is the companys product quality if there is no service?. When and if at all the engineer turns up.. I will make an entry :)). If there is anyone visiting this entry, who can make this complaint heard, I would be grateful. At present, from Samsungs attitude, it seems like I am just another furious customer. I am keen to know when this will change.
