3.month earlier my family buys washing machine of samsung company. After 2 and half month of using experience I feel that spinning cover of this washing machine was not okay. After few day it break some little part of holding device under the spining cover.
After thia I have call to customer care. After 2-3 days an coustomer executive came on my home and checked our machine.
He tell us “you have to pay 1300? for broken cover“ this is discusting. Even I am not happy to listen this.
Now .my plan is to sell my waching machine on olx and buy new from other brands.
