It is not bad product but it is really best AC ever. I used it from last 1.5 years, till now result of AC never go down. The cooling time is less, that means it Take less time to make room cheeled. I think it is the best product of samsung in AC varient. My personally suggetion to users, u can buy this AC .But your nearest ambient temperature is 35-40 degree Celsius then this ac working good .your ambient temperature is upto 40 then dont use bcz compressor trip problem.
