Purchased on 08-04-2016 for the convenience of ice and chilled water dispenser made arrangement for booster pump from existing R O purifier.
I am shocked to see that only 2 glass full of chilled water is dispensed and normal water there after.
The matter was brought to the notice Samsung India technicians, engineers and technical experts visited my home checked the same one of them say he cannot do anything, other say the inlet temperature of water is hot so will not dispense chilled water and some say when you draw 2 glasses fresh water flows in so you get normal or a bit cold water.
I am surprised to know that all the Samsung engineers who visited to check the problem never have the knowledge about the capacity of the water dispenser 2 glass 2 liters or continuous flow. As per the arrangement demanded by Samsung of direct tap input or booster pump if no pressure or existing R O purifier. In the specification it is mentioned that 2 KG ice is available but regarding the water whether 2 glass, 2 liters or continuous is nowhere mentioned in the manual or on Samsung India web site.
If you get only 2 glass full of chilled water what is the fun in purchasing this product with an premium price and added expense of booster pump provision. Samsung India is selling these products by means of fraud and not disclosing the technical specification. If it was available I would have not purchased the product at all.
I made several attempts and questioned Samsung India about the technical specification of the water dispenser they failed to provide the same to me .
So I request not to purchase this products even other similar product without proper survey as there is no ethics Samsung India has got towards the customer in case of technical issues which arise after sale. And the last is they say 10 years warranty o compressor you shall make a note that Digital Inverter technology involves electronics so the warranty is only on compressor not the electronics involved for driving the compressor.
