On 12 Aug 2016, my uncle purchased this refrigerator, after seeing its royal look and its inside and outside style & design.
As we all gets flattered after seeing the unique style & design of the product without getting into the specific detail and their durability.
As one year not passed, refrigerator is not working properly. As earlier it was working quite good. But after this, Customer support people came from Samsung for repair. They told that Compressor(which is the main part) is at fault.
But in Patna, the samsung people told that it is not available here right now.
So my uncle told that what can be done . They told that they have to wait 15 days. See from here after purchasing costly things how do they tell the customers, that they have to wait . But when you go to their Centre for purchasing they always tell you that its 7 year in warranty or 4 yrs in warranty. But after purchasing and using, if you face any issue in the product, Consumers have to wait.
So Everyone, Please go into specific detail if you purchase any electronic product from any centre/shops.
