I have purchased this product only for its stylish feature about 6 months ago. Also the salesman put the pressure on me to bye samsung product , not the nokia one.. And almost forced me to bye this product.. And now i am suffering for my foolishness. I think the commission on the samsung product is higher than the nokia one..
Any way, from the beginning of my purchase the phone was not working properly.. First of all when i connect the data cable and install the software given with the product, it does not work.. It needs some more updated version of the software which is available in their site.. So without internet i cannot access the mobile..
After some days the mobile regularly get hanged i e u cannot call or receive the calls. After switched it off and on several times it will work properly for 1 day..
And 3 months later the lcd screen was total white.. I met the sales man, he did not take any responsibility though it was in its warranty period. Then i met the customer care. And it was the worst customer care seen by me in my life. I have to wait for hours and hours in week day.. Every customer is standing with this model sgh j 600..and they have not even assured to back me the phone .
So never ever go for samsung...
