I have got same horrible experience as others!
I purchased in Aug-08 and then, same reboot problem which many people faced. Bluetooth never works. Samsung Service center in Bangalore-BTM says that they are aware that this model is a failure and many people faced that - so just throw this away!
I faced this reboot problem earlier also but it was rectified automatically! Then, I visited service center to verify the problem and they tried to enable bluetooth and then, my phone was completely gone. Then they said: now, throw it away. Other companies like Sony and Nokia do product recall - why Samsung is not doing for their faulty product? This way, definitely they will lose lots of customers.
I have decided not to purchase any Samsung product in my life.
