My experience is very bad with this handset, I baught in July'08 in Bangalore..just after few months it has alot of problem of rebooting..I gave it to the service center, they said there is some hardware problem, I got it back from them in two months...then I used it for some time..then again same problem of rebooting started..meanwhile I shifted to HYderebad...
I gave them for service at Samsung service center..they said..this is gone...need to buy new new head set..please suggest if Samsung phone can't be repaired at their own service center ...where should I go..? What is the procedure to raise a complaint at head office...somebody please help or write me on ashishsharma.11@gmail.com... I know all Samsung phone are hopeless..I would recommend everyone not to buy any Samsung phone.....
