I have bought this Samsung Max in March 2008. The webworld gut told me it is on high demand, I have left with one. The Features written on the Mobile box (unopened), looks mouthwatering as in Rs. 7499, In reliance we are getting the 1.3 MP Camera, MP3 player and loads of feature.
But the problem started from the day I bought this phone. I change some settings regarding ringtones etc.
- The phone kept on rstarting whenever I tried to type a SMS.
Think, how cool it was......you have bought a brand new phone and you called up SAMSUNG customer care for the problem.
- When we use the SAMSUNG phone with the PC suite, using bluetooth, phone gets hanged and need the battery to be pulled out to restart it.
Amazing naa..........
If you run any video from Reliance web, the gets hanged when you pause the video. Again pull out the battery to restart it.
MP4 videos played, when the bluetooth is on and you use the Send file option then preview it.
ITS really a superb feature.........private videos cant be seen by anyone (recorded can be viewed directly from gallery).
5 and best part, the customer service center. They took 2 weeks, for 1 week comitment.
They Never pick phone, if you contact them.
They never listen you properly, even the phone has problem
They dont care about customer and problems.
EVEN the call center guys says a very sympathetic word.............SORRY SIR.
I confess that....I am really sorry that I bought a SAMSUNG phone. I will never buy it whether will be given free.
