GOOD PRODUCT. Review on Samsung LED

Bought TV from Walmart 100 miles away on July 11. Hooked it up 4 days later. Could not get it to turn on. Later that day turned on by itself, shut it off. Following morning would not turn on. Called Samsung who said my outlet must be bad. Had that checked, 119 volts. Next morning and every morning since would not turn on until it sets for a hour or more then turns on by itself. Called Samsung every morning, their response turn tv on and sit while they tell you you need a new surge protector, wifi cable. Bought 206.00 worth of crap they said I needed and sure enough tv turns on by itself. Samsung say "it's fixed and call back if you need more help."

This continues to Friday, the 22, when they agree to send Samsung tech to my home on the 25th and will call back to advise what time he would arrive. Later that day I receive call letting me know about the techs arrival but first "let's turn the tv on just to make sure tv does come on, disconnect this wire. Don't use that wire and just sit while we get more information, tv comes on by itself. You don't need a tech, it's fixed." I gave up on tv. and it sit till the 27th. I call and Samsung says "we will call you back in after 24 hours and after we verify the problem." I'm 85 and every bone in my body hurts from crawling on the floor the past two weeks. It's going back to Walmart.
