2 Months back I bought new Samsung LED full HD TV. And want to share my review with you guyz. As we vknow that Samsung is a very big brand in today's market not only in LED tv's but in all electronic items. But this time I am little disappointed with this LED.
Picture Quality- In the initial days Picture quality was good but after 1 month sometimes it becomes blur, looks like pixels are tearing which makes me fell very bad.
Sound reception- Today all the companies weather small or big all are providing Dolby sound but this LED has the normal speakers which is really bad.
Value for money- No doubt Samsung is a very big brand and is enjoying it's brand value which is not good. Samsung does't provides the features which it should provide at this price. There are so many good companies which provides Extreamly good features at very affordable price.
Service & Support- Service & Support is good. The customer executive are very much supporting they take care of all the problems and try to solve it as soon as possible. so service and support is satisfactory,
So this LED is not as per the Brand name.
