Good picture quality but poor customer support. Review on Samsung LED

Hi everyone today I am going to share with you my personal experience on using the Samsung LED tv is which one of the competitive product in the market. I had purchased this led tv few months back. They said that the delivery will be within two days but after four days also I did not get it deli weed . I called them many times finally they said that the delivery will be late sir. The tv led tv arrived after 4 days. The service man dispatched and fixed the tv and helped me to get know the options available and how to operate it. The sound levels are excellent and you hear hear a good level as it had in built speakers which makes it great. The video quality is super with the HD support. But come to customers services, I had a small issue with my tv and called the customers care for support. They wonot provide technicians to solve the issues when I called them. After a repeated calling only their service people came to solve it and also took amount for repair even it had warranty also.
