I purchased Samsung 5 Series M5570 on 12th august and it took them 36 hours to just deliver the product for that too I had to call 10 times and waste my entire Sunday. Now I have to again spend 01 more day for their technician to come and install the TV.


Worst customer service ever specially after spending so much money.
