I bought Samsung LED full HD TV model ua32f5100arlxl at a cost of approx 36000/- around 3 year back. One day suddenly a smoke came out with a electronic burning smell. We switched off the connection to protect further damage. After some time when we connected the TV again, it has no picture but only sound. I contacted service center and a guy came the next day and without opening the TV, he said that the LED panel is damaged and need to be replaced. The cost of replacement he said was 16K including everything. Before leaving he also suggested to repair the same panel at at cost of 5k but without authorized service from Samsung. I completely lost my faith on Samsung and would not suggest to buy any Samsung product unless you are lucky.
