I bought this phone just over an year back. Since the beg, I have found the speed on this phone to exceptionally poor. The applications hang all the time. Whenever I used to open anything to view, the app will close by itself. The phone will switch off sometimes by itself some times. It used to hang so many times, that it was difficult to make normal phone calls from this phone.
The customer service from this company is also bad. I would stay away from all Samsung devices for the rest of my life. Hate the company now.
