Shame on Samasung. Review on Samsung Galaxy S4

Hey guys. I had been using samasung galaxy s4 for quite a days. But I am facing many problems regarding battery, the battery is not good at all it went off very early. There is a lot of heating isssues. When I call the customer care I told that sorry we can't do anything maybe its all your fault due to which it ia heating. The screen is so sensitive that when my sponge ball fall on it I get break. At that time I felt that this is the worst product I have ever purchased.This is not a comfortable mobile to carry. The camera with 13 mp rear is pretty good I appericiate but on the other hand the front camera is the worst no clear images and it shows very blur images which is not satisfactory for selfies. The value of this good is not satisfactory. If you take my opinion this is the worst mobile of samasung to buy. I hope you understand my feeling about this product and deny to buy this. Thank you.
