The phone was called Note for one reason; it has a stylus. The S Pen was long and fat enough to hold it firmly and without hassle.The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.3.
It is expected to be updated to Android 4.4 Kitkat very soon.This cellphone has two cameras, a 13 MP back facing camera and a 2 megapixels front side camera. Whereas it's 13 mega-pixels might seem great the back facing camera sensor size is quite small which makes photos be less detailed and darker than you would expect.Samsung uses a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display on the Note 3 that has a resolution of 1080p and is reenforced with Gorilla Glass 3.
The pixel density is not exactly jaw dropping considering we now have phones that go beyond 400 PPI, but 386 is not bad. Hey it’s actually great, and more than enough for the human eye to discern every detail one might fathom. However, it’s not perfect. It suffers from the pitfalls of AMOLED technology. Ergo, firstly, things dont seem to be as crisp as an LCD display because of the Pentile sub-pixel layout. In plain english this means, the Note 3 has lesser amount of sub-pixels than an equivalent LCD display.Inside, it’s fueled by a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and 3GB of RAM
