I bought this product 2 months back and from day 1 I have a problem of email not working. every day I have to restart the mobile to get new emails. I called up there customer service more than 25times but all waste. 1 siple answerafter wasting 5 minute will be "our technical team will call you back with so much time " which never happens.I went to their service station also after 3 hours waiting they told they dont know anything about product or its software. They re installed the software assuming that will solve the problem. But still same issue.
Please dont buy any samsung product even.
