This was a first launch of the samsung grand series. Samsung came up showing some exciting features of the Samsung galaxy Grand but actually it didn't work properly because I had experienced it myself by using this phone and also have heard a bad review from other customers. The software use to stuck badly while using the phone. Many times the phone got heated up. It happened mostly in the case of low battery. The battery capacity is poor. After using it for few months, the battery use to drain drastically even if we dont use much applications in it. The speaker panel everytime gets heated up if we are talking on the phone for more than 15 mins. When put on charging, the battery panel use to get heated up. Many times we have to open the back cover in order to cool down the temperature of the battery panel. Other than this, the phone also has some exciting features and plus point. Excellent camera quality. Cool looking graphic interface. A great design.
