Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo is the bad phone in the market. I bought this phone for 17, 000 INR in May 2014.
I thought that features like "Multi-window"(Opening multiple windows at the same time like we can play two video songs or audio and video song at the same time) were good at that time and it is having 5.01 inch long screen display. The long screen display at that time attracted me to buy this phone.
This phone has screen resolution is 480 x 300 pixels which is very low and it is having capacitive touch screen which is not at all good.
The Performance of this phone is very bad while running the application because it is having too little RAM memory and internal space also. Some of the bad features include:
5 mega pixel Rear Camera - not good(low quality picture).
VGA Front Camera - very bad( Very low quality picture and disturbance in particles).
Doesn't support JAVA applications.
This phone supports only 2g and 3g networks but doesn't support 4g/LTE network.
Sometimes, when you run the applications like facebook and whatsapp at the same time then the applications will be on stuck and will not be able to open either facebook or whatsapp until we restart the phone. This phone hangs on continuously for every time.
Same problem with internet on this phone like if we set the mobile data on the phone and when we try to access the site then the site will not open sometimes until you remove battery and SIM card from the phone and put it again. I've done many times like removing battery and SIM card from the phone and put it again for the sake of internet.
I strongly recommend not to buy this phone at any cost. It will give you worst experience which I had faced through these years from 2014 to 2016.
