I have purchased this freeze from Croma bannergatta road in April 2014.
It have a big basket for vegetables because of which there is in space for bottles .
When we went for shopping for freeze the sales guys help us in giving idea about big basket we can keep lots of vegetables as samsung has thought about the customer need and they removed the bottles space which generally we have 3 even in 165litre of freeze.
This freeze have only 2 of them in 325litre.From the day we purchased we were facing issue in taking out the vegetable box and putting it back slowly slowly we saw that one of the side is getting break where we were placing the basket.We complain about the same to samsung they said its a manufacturing defect of samsung we cannot help for that but yes the part which is broken we can replace it for 1700rupees.
I was shocked just now I have purchased this freeze and it have manufacturing defect even also croma convince us to buy this one . We complain to croma too but nothing much workout. they ask us to deal with this and how to open and close this box so that u can just avoid any issue.in future.i were totally out of my mind . suddenly I saw that freeze paint if getting off from down.
Till now its not even a year and its have so much issue.I again complain about this they first doesnt want to rectify it and ask us to pay 8000/- for the same but as it was in warrenty they did as croma helped us here for the same, not the samsung.Then they replaced both of the door, as they dont have the same color door so instead of silver they replaced with brown. its not even 6months I am seeing same issue in the both of the door. From the day I have puchased this I am in contach with customer care of samsung and croma too my bad.
