I want to vent my Samsung experience because I am too frustrated with a Samsung product and their customer service.I had purchased a Samsung microwave over CE117PC-B2/XTL in October 2016, its still under warranty.Since the day I bought this, I am complaining to Samsung that its convection mode is not working at all, so please either change my product or refund me. First it was getting switched off by itself in convection mode with in 10-15 mins. For that I called customer care and after so many calls one technician came in around 3 weeks and said he need to change some part so he will come again. Then again I had to call him and then in 2 weeks he came changed it. Now since 2 months I am calling customer care to send any technician as convection mode is not working again. nothing is getting baked inside. First I thought thee is some problem in my recipe. So I tried the same things in other microwave which worked out perfect. But in samsung microwave nothing is getting baked, upper layer of food starts buring but nothing cooks inside.I am calling since two months, every day executive says that technician will come for sure in next 24 hours but no one calls or comes.And with that service center writes in complain log that they came and set is working fine though no one comes and calls.I specially mentioned that send some technician who can see when I bake something so that he get to know my problem. I am tired of calling samsumg customer care.It is been 2 moths, everyday I am calling and getting same response and no solution.Even I asked the executive to connect me with his/her manager, but they always says manager is either busy on different call or he/she is not available on shift. I want to understand that if samsung can not provide service to their customers, why they are even selling their products to customer and making fool of them.We bought this thinking this as a big company with good service. But Samsung service people have disappointed us. Henceforth, I would not buy Samsung products nor recommend to my friends.
