Hi,
I bought this microwave one year ago. I was excited about it because it didn't have a turntable so it could take large dishes.
It didn't take long for me to realise it wasn't anywhere near as good as our previous microwave. It takes at least twice the time to heat up anything and don't get me started on the cooling feature. The manual states that you can cook things during the cooling phase'without it affecting the performance of the microwave'. That's absolute rubbish. I tried to soften some potatoes in the microwave(admittedly t here were a few of them) so that they wouldn't take as long in the oven as they normally do. After trying to cook them in ten minute increments, nearly an hour later they were still almost as hard as they were at the start because I didn't wait until the cooling feature had finished before I put them back in. It was only at this stage that I realised just how much of a difference it made to do that. However, since it takes a good minute to cool, if you're reheating more than one thing in this microwave, by the time the second thing is reheated, the first is cold and needs to be reheated again.
It's starting to play up and I couldn't be happier. I'm going to buy a new one tomorrow. This time I'm making sure I do my research first, rather than trust the salesperson.
