Samsung is really good and popular company and I really like its product andusing many product of this brand but using Samsung c103fl im not happy with this, it doesn't give performance what I excepted. This microwave provides multistage cooking with the cavity of stainless steel. It was working very nicely but after sometime it started giving some problems.
We have been facing regular problems since the past four months. The problem has always been the same.The ‘Start’ and the ‘Stop/Cancel’ buttons stopped working while all the other buttons were working fine.i complain about it and it got repair but after 2 months same problem occured. I called customer care for the problems because it is in warranty. But they did not give any sufficient response. I called them many time then they always said we will solve your problem very soon. I was fed up with this and now I replace my microwave.
