Few months back, … or probably in the month of February, I got bored with my old cell phone and thought to buy new set. I visited in a showroom, the girl at the counter show me various cell phones. Some were very expensive while others were looking ordinary.
I selected a set that had slider, FM, data cable and memory card facility (however no memory card was given with the set). The girl told me that it is a perfect musical phone and not very expensive and as you buy a data card you can download as many songs as possible.
I too found the sound quality quite good and by the look also it was seems a perfect cell phone (Remember it was my first association with any of Samsung product, before that I was always using a Nokia Hand set). For three or four months every thing was running well, then suddenly what happened that its ring tones went deaf it started getting auto connected. In this case the phone started connecting itself without my pressing the key, now the ring tone does not beep so I can not pickup the phone.
Few days later it got dead. I took it to Samsung service station. They received the set and said to come after one week. At the same time it was not possible for me to work without cell phone so I bought a comparatively less expensive Nokia Phone.
Two weeks passed I went again to service station, there the person told me to come after another two weeks. I waited another two week and during this period I called them numerous time, and every time they responded like, come tomorrow or Monday Tuesday or any day. The whole month passed then one day I felt that enough is enough, now I should have to get my mobile back repaired or unrepaired. When I shouted and threaten
To complain against them they gave my mobile back unrepaired and dysfunctional.
I neither have necessary energy nor time to complain against them. Although I can suggest to fellow msians to not buy Samsung mobiles. Go for Nokia or any other sets.
Samsung mobiles look very attractive but all that glitters is surely not gold.
